Anyone from around Romford?
Im moving to Chadwell Heath in a few weeks and wondered what its like?
I`ve only visited the local indians (Essance of the east) and a few bars, oh and the hospital!

I might be looking for work in the motor trade also if anyone can help?!

i`ll be using the cossie for a while as i`ve blown my Audi up so if you see me then say hello as i`ll probebly be lost LOL

Wheres the nearest RSOC group and when do they meet up please.

Looking forward to saaaaaaaafend, should be an experience!!!

Im not far from there , Essex rsoc is the best club and they meet at the halfway house pub on the 127

sounds like my heaven, i worked at a Ford breakers yard for 6 yrs so it`ll be home from home!!!

cant wait to start a new life, should be interesting!
Just need a job before 27th of this month or it looks like the saff will have to go the journey and i really really dont wanna do that as i was planning on using it every day.

You lot seem really friendly actually, was in a bar a few weeks ago and a bloke was trying to get into my bird when i went for a slash, i came back and was obviously non too happy and ended up talking to him for well over 30 minutes and he shook my hand and said i had huge faackin balls for tackling him and his mates while on my own........ well im a geordie so what can i say!

even other encounters i`ve had with folk have ended up in handshakes and appologies.

i`ll be living near halfords in chadwell heath, i think thats called little india!
i wont have any friends down there at all so i will be showing my face at every opportunity

if my saff isnt parked up it will probebly be spotted squatting hard and sideways from traffic lights and roundabouts as i`ve just got the chance to use it propperly after engine rebuild

i will be very pleased to come and see you lot, hopefully getting a job at a well known Ford specialist parts shop in that area but i`m just waiting to hear back from my application.

Always lots going on car wise at the weekends and lots of local meets

 

As said above, not a bad place , but also not great in some parts, Romfords got an interesting varried nightlife

 

Used to live down the road from Chadwell Heath.

Dont worry about the car scene, there is a ford meet of some description every weekend!

Passionford meet in southend 1st wednesday of the week.
Halfway house RSOC meet.

I could go on. And its easy to make friends at them.

But watch the drifting round the roundabouts, more CCTV and speed cameras round that area than you can shake a stick at and the cops are wankers with the car lot as they have so many tossers showing off in their saxos

As for work, if your a skilled mechanic you wont be out of work for long, plenty of garages about.

Plus with Romford lot and lots of bars and clubs, and your only an hour away from central london too which has even more!

 

I used to live round that way still go down there most weekends as some mates and family live there, some parts are ok others are a bit rough

Theres loads around here and most of the people are friendly enough, I consider essex the home of fast fords lol...

But i would i live here.

I used to live in Chadwell Heath, down the road from Halfords. Its ok, the best nightlife is in Romford Town Centre near where i live now, i was always there every fri and sat night a few years back, was blinding, used to know everyone....

Loads of car meets mate as mentioned above, every sat if you dont wana go out on the turps, theres southend, which is only arf hour away....

Best of all mate, you wont look out of place in a saph coss, just as long as your driving it with a claret and blue shirt on!!!!!

Tommy, i have broke the turbo on the audi, still 3 years pushing 2 bar isnt bad going for a 180,000mile 2.5tdi that still does 142mph in 6th

im just stuck for a job now and if i dont get one then im gonna have to sell the saff and i really dont want to do that
