well i'v heard you can squeeze some 300's under 15's but i very much doubt you'll get 325 under 16's unless shaving off some of the caliper to lower the profile but i could be wrong, but atleast it's a start,

don't they have a technical dept at hi spec or summit that the daft bint can put you through too

Don't know what Hi-Spec are like for clearance, but my 330's with Brembo's fit behind my 16's, although I wouldn't do it again. The wheels are damaged as a result of them being so close.

For God's sake dont use Lo-Spec rubbish.Use either Compbrake or AP.They have a useless customer relations department (as you've already half found out) and take ages to deliver the goods after you've paid for them, plus 50% of the time the brakes don't fit anyhow!!!! Do a search of them and read all the bad reports.Regards,Micky

It's a shame but true the service stinks often which is a pity as they can turn out some really good stuff that works.
I've known geoff for around 15 years, and he is certainly capable of good work, but comments about service are true in my experience.
If you still want to chat to him, pm me and I'll give you his home number.

I would say it will depend on the brakes and on your wheel choice. I know my 285mm brakes were very tight on 15's and there wasn't much clearance with a 300mm ST170 conversion on 16's.

ive found hi-spec very helpful when getting spare bits from them for a set of their brakes i had on a car i broke and then used some of the bits on my own...

i seperatly ordered a couple of times and they have always been with me in a couple of days, i was told a wrong price and got charged more for a set of rebuild kits but they refunded me the difference in what i was charged and quoted no questions asked although they did put on the refund invoice next time you will be charged x amount for a rebuild kit :s

thing i have found with the billet 4-pots is they use random pads....

talking of which anyone have any idea what ferodo pad fits the billet 4 pot 300mm kit?
