Default l8 ecu experts, pls look, damaged ecu with pics, can it be fixed?

i have a l8 ecu that is still working, car still runs fine, but there is evidence of damage to it.

i think its pins 1, 19 and 10 that are damaged,
1 & 19 are both earths, they obviously still work or it wouldnt run would it?
pin 10 is the ign relay trigger, now heres the fun part,
the relay and therfore ecu doesnt run unless i earth this pin, ecu pin 10 blue wire with yellow tracer. with this connected to earth everything runs ok (i think)

heres some pics of the damage
pins 1 & 19, all charred

the bits in red are the charred pins,

is it still ok to still run the car as is?
can it be tested by any1?
can it be repaired?

Its blurrry as fuck I dont see how you can expect anyone to comment without seeing it.

You may as well have drawn a picture of your ecu with crayons.

Ps

Personally I wouldnt bother trusting a repaired 20 year old ecu, i would just put a decent modern one on instead, or at least just buy a secondhand 20 year old one in good order if you must stuck with the L8 for some reason.

It looks like they've over-heated (probably due to short or other fault) and have probably damaged the pads/tracks connecting to them. If you know what caused it and have sorted the fault, try scraping off the solder-resist about 1mm either side of the pin with a scalpel and re-flow the solder. You'll need at least a 25W iron and have it nice and hot - at least 300degC, otherwise you'll just lift the tracks clean off on a board that age!
