Someone please work out this maths equation!
If I have to run 1.5 miles in 10 minutes and 20 seconds, what will my average speed need to be!!??

as above
convert the 10 mins into seconds = 600
total time is 620 seconds
1.5/620 x 3600 (seconds in an hour) = 8.7mph

oh and its not 1.5 miles any more its 2.4km
