True answer is they vary considerably, my 803's dark greens were at 80%(exactly) at 302bhp, so that was about thier(safe) limit, was at std fuel pressure too, so just fitted greys.

I've done loads on 803's without any issues
329bhp
333bhp
344bhp
347bhp
and thats the ones i remember
light greens 355 are a waste of time superchips claimed 290/310 but tbh you would be lucky to get near 290

yeah i had 295bhp max, 20 psi on t3 running the 355's, dyno'd at circuit motors castle combe....

Ł250 odd i paid but at the time i had a few problems with it so they kept it there for a week and 'so say' spent 10 hours on it....

I know, I think I was unlucky with my set, as have seen 803's do 377 repeatedly, on the same set of rollers, only saying don't assume, that's why I just went greys, idle and low speed running is perfect as is emissions/economy/town driving no doubt the idle stabilisation circuit helps with tickover.
Complete mapping for 3 maps cost less than Ł300, and that can be from a car not even starting/running.
