NO FUEL! where is the fuel pump earth??
I repainted my 3 door inside out, fitted it up and have had problems with the earths ever since. I managed to get the car running ok, lights working etc but yesterday it just wouldn't start and the fuel pump was not buzzing...anyone know where the earth is to it or any test i can do to see if it is the pump itself that has packed up? is it usual for them to ust stop or is it something that deterioates over a period of time?
cheers

The std earth is in the loom, and think goes all the way back to the battery, or other attachment point at front of car.
I would do as suggested and just rewire, but yes the pumps can just give up the ghost especially if stood unused a long time.
