There are some small "pitchs" but that's just dust.

I am going for 350+ bhp and don't wanna end up rebuilding the engine. Problem is I've already weight matched the rods/pistons, so changing the bearings would mean I have to re-weight all again. Ok if it can save a full rebuild I will change everything, but don't wanna change something which would be useless to change.

Advices welcome !

Without ANY shadow of doubt.

You should have seen the ones I threw away recently, they looked LOADS better than that.

Every time I take an engine apart they get changed. Not worth risking re-using them for the cost of new ones. The price of a set of bearings could save you the price of an engine rebuild.

Ok lads, I will change everything then. I wasn't sure if it was really needed, but yes, considering the cost of a full engine rebuild after a bearing failure, its not worth the risk !

Thanks !

while its apart i would ALWAYS change them as a matter of course.

they are pretty cheap considering how vital they are

When an engine is disassembled all the consumable parts must be changed simple as that...
