Default Brake problems with s2 turbo

Hi! i am having problems with s2 turbo standard brakes.
I complete recondition work for standard front+rear brakes & remove abs brakes.
I also put new fluids & greenstuff pads. Brakes are properly bleeded.

My problem:

Some times brakes disappear totally, i mean pedal feels solid when i press it but no braking happens. There is no difference is brakes cold or hot. Even sometimes when driving off garage and try immediately brakes. Then sometimes when they do work correctly no need much pressing power and tyres lock up easily and brakes work as them should.
Where is the problem?
Brake master cylinder, Brake booster or that little valve between manifold and brake booster..?
I am pretty sure brake boosting or assistance what ever simply drop off sometimes.

a lot of people do not rate green stuff pads as very good, it might be worth trying another set of pads

I have greenstuff also in my 328i beemer and no any problems ever, even in trackdays. My brakes also shake when pressing hard, front discs fucked? Can i buy somewhere brackets to fit cosworth 2wd front discs & standard rst calibers?

i would check the servo/vacum pipeto servo as when this is going the brake pedal feels hard but not much braking
i guess you know what the servo does lol

Now brake problems has gone pretty bad.
I think discs are bend, steering wheel shaking when braking. Brake assistance sometimes gone and pedal return pretty slowly after braking. Master cylinder broken?
Front brakes tend to lock really easy also.
