anyone know the torque settings of erst bottom end,head bolts plzzzzzzzzzzzz

 

main bearing caps 90-100 nm/66-74 lbft, con rods 30-36 nm/22-26 lbft,

cylinder head stage 1 25 nm 18 ftlb
stage 2 55 40
stage 3 tighten by 90 degrees
stage 4 tighten by further 90 degrees
