Yeah thats the number I was expecting to see on the gasket its self , but it has no YB numbers at all. Its Victor Reinz gasket which I know is right.....its not a small turbo escos gasket as it hasnt got the modded oil way cut out's (I beleive Im right in saying thats the visual difference for the st escos?).

If you look VERY VERY closely along one of the ends across the short flat section, and hold it to the light at a certain angle it will be there, it is seriously faint on some, despite being pressed in, still does not show up well at all, best thing is to hold it so the light is reflecting of the short end and move slightly to view it, it's bloody hard sometimes even though you know it's there.

Nope, cant find it any where (im even using a magnifing glass lol). All the other numbers on the gasket are really well stamped in....Ive got 27330 00 and also 23RNZ08. Im not sure if someone has had this problem with this gasket before as the packaging it grubbed up with oil smudges etc and it was already opened when I received it.

The finis code comes up on ford-xpert's system. The part number is v86hf 9441 ab. Im going to phone up the supplier tomorrow just for them to confirm it is the right one....just for peice of mind.

I know this is dragging up an old thread, but for info this reinz gasket is the grpA. Reinz aftermarket number for it is 61-27330-00 (the 61 is just the packaging type) and it will not be stamped with the YB number as only gaskets sold via Cosworth Technology (now MAHLE power train) have this stamp. Reinz also sell the WRC multi layer gasket (YB1429) as supplied to Cosworth - Reinz part number 61-31110-00.

Any more info required then drop me a mail.

Reinz are stamped with it YB 0611, as mine was but oh so faint, only saw it by accident along one of the end edges by holding in a certain light(angle).

Yes, it will be stamped YB 0611 if it was manufactured by Reinz for sale to Cosworth / Ford. If it is manufactured for sale in a Reinz packet it shouldn't have the YB0611 stamp (althought the gasket is identical). The product is the same, the package it is in is different

Reinz branded / packaged product has only been available in the last 12 months due to a contract which stopped them selling to anyone but Cosworth / Ford which has now expired.

Both numbers = inlet manifold gasket.

I wanted to rectify this, because I was close to ordering wrong gasket based on this old thread. It was so cheap that I couldn't believe it and doublechecked what I was ordering.
