put spare wheels on a 306 and a mazda 5
stripped a 56 plate corrola, door trim and removed door

If you were my employee I'd be more than happy with that, but I'm not in the trade, but sounds a lot of work that would take me a fortnight to complete

lol yea good advice with someone normal, but i think he just doesn't like my personality tbh it's a bit un professional but what can i do he's the gaffa, and well yes i nearly punched him in the face today but contained it for when i leave instead , he's been watching over me all day and it's really distracting and they are tooth combing my work, lets face it no ones perfect and they way they run the shop you can't be when trying to reuse old fastners and stuff like that, like having a go at me for a quarter molding not sitting against the quarter i got the blame for it but it was cos the molding itself was bent from the accident, it's just a loosing battle

they want all that done in a day.. but then they are the first fukker to moan when
either the quality isnt there, or the customer isnt happy.

i bet he'd be gob smacked if i did say that but it would then be followed by "why don't you fuck off instead" followed by me looking sad cos i'm trying to save for a holiday and can't afford the break from work, that's why i'm being good and sticking it out.

yea exactly he wonders why things are missed when he pushes us, and it makes it ten times worse when he's watching over you aswell, it pushes you too make mistakes.

but i will never forget him leaving the keys in a jag and the jag locking itself, followed by him sheepishly asking can i get into the car to get the keys out the ignition, so i will always no deep down no one is perfect

tell him he pays you to do a job which your doing , not to bully and pick on his staff ,then ask him what the problem is and if youve done anything wrong , if he says youve not done anything and hes just being a prick tell him youve been in contact with acas and that youve been to see a solicator informing him on the situation and youve been logging down all the harassment and you will go for victimisation and unfair dismissal if they fook you off. also is there someone higher than him , go and put a letter of complaint in if you can and cause him some shit , you might not make any friends with management but who cares your there to do a job at the end of the day.
my gaffer thinks cause he pays me ive not got the right to chat while working (fookin hard a might add)and hes a right sarky bastard , but he soon learnt as i told him to bollocks in front of everyone as no one else says anything (when hes in the room)and said iam big boy now and i can do 2 things at once , this was during a busy period of doing 10 hrs a day and sat and sun from may to oct non stop , to say i was pissed off was an understatement , there are only 4 working staff so we all have to pull together and do our bit but he still an ungreatful twat . he dont get the jist that i want to be at home at the weekends
hope this helps mate and things getter better
