Hej all..

To all who knows about zetec turbo's

Finally got my engine running but stil got an issue with where some of the cooling hoses go.
Been looking around internet but didn't help me verry much.

So where dus the smaller hose wich on a cvh goes from the T piece in the hose heater matrix/waterpump to the inlet manifold go or just blank it off.

And What about the thermostat housing does the lower smaller hose at the front go to the radiator inlet or outlet.

Hope some of you can helpme out here,,

i have disapoint you gregor.

i can't help you with that but it was nice to hear that engine running

 

the front lower outlet goes to your heater matrix, the rear one goes to the oil cooler. The one from the water pipe goes to a t piece which splits off to the heater matrix and oil cooler again.

I haven't got the original oil cooler so i'll just bypass that.
Got a 13 row mocal oilcooler for that.
