When i start my rs theres blue smoke then after a min or so its white, after she has warmed up its fine what can this be caused by guys

valve stem oil seals usually give the blue smoke on start up, also prob the easiest and cheapest repair too

 

Yeah blue on startup is generally Valve stem seals, white could just be condensation in the exhaust.

 

Valve stems mate.

Its a 30 min job.

You need a CVH valve stem tool (£7.20 from Burton power)
Set of valve stems (about £10)
rocker cover gasket (about £3-5)
A 19mm ring spanner
A 13mm socket
If you have a small magnet this can help with removal and refitting of the collets.
