Just bought a new s1 but she keeps stopping on me. Happens more often when i have the lights/radio on but continues to do it even when they are off. Running great when shes actually driving but shes stopping every few minutes! Help!!

 

does it start of its own back if u get wot i mean just of the battery,does it run ok when its stud still

 

yes she starts of her own back. she drives perfect and then just cuts out as if power has been cut.when she is running good and you switch an electrical component on (eg lights), within a few seconds she cuts out.If I switch them off quickly she will run again. She wont idle.

 

Some dodgy wiring somewhere mate, check your main earths from the battery to body, all your lives, in fact check all the wiring you can see!! LOL

 

it's probably stopping at lights because there on red happens to us all or it's stopping because your applying the brakes

 

Main earth was a little loose....tightened her up- now shes goin like a dream!
