I've had a look all over and searched numerous times in the search engine but can't find an answer...

I bought a lowering kit when the guy said it was 40mm, turns out it was 60mm but I like it.

Would 16"s fit ok? with the right tyres of course. 16" wheels should raise the car a little bit also?
