Which one has every1 got. I'm running 190bh 2021bs, do I need a stage 1 or?

i snapped the selector fork in mine, and am getting a mk6 escort box now.
aparently it has bigger bearings and will last longer. plus its NOS and with my lsad fitted should be good for at least a while.
