hi there i thought my head gasket had gone because it had a bit of mayo under the rocker cover so when i took the head off and started cleaning it up i could see that the number 1 exhaust valve was bent so i took it out and put a new one in and done a fuild test on the head and was all ok so i put it all back togather and Also set up the mechanical followers
Warmed it all up and went to put my foot down and you could hear it boosting, but didn't produce any power. It was just flat. so i did a compression test on cylinder number 1 and 2 and were about 75-80 psi each any idiea do you reckon the head is no good thanks bryan

 

did you comp test 3 and 4?

did you make the dizzy's loacation and put it back it the same place?

 

no i did not do one on 3 and 4 becausei was so pissed off about 1 and 2 and i am running a coil pack

 

bryan m8 i gotta put another head gasket and head on mine next wk. Is it easy to do?

 

ya it is not to hard to do if you are ok at working on cars
