Anyone know what car I can get a small cheap rectangular/square washer bottle from - preferably from a Ford?

Just need something not to big that I can use, because the car obviously needs to pass an MOT!

 

i got one in a few of my cars, ya welcome to take it if ya want , not that far from ya either, theres also a mk1 sierra innthe garage next door to mine dumped and thats prob got one, oh and a "missing" golf cabrio thats prob got one too, thats in another garage

Mk1 Fezzy, Mk3 E'scrote/Onion have square and small ish washer bottles....

 

I've always wondered if you could get away with a squeezy bottle full of water for the MOT? Mk1 Escorts had a foot operated pump for the washer jets, so this is similar..

Interested to know for my Mk1 really!

use a new header tank from a sierra ? - only about 15 quid at ford iirc

Obviously I'm going to go down the scrappy - the question wasn't WHERE do I get one from, but WHAT CAR!

I've got a sierra one, but bearing in mind it's huge, and has a 3 foot neck on it, it wouldn't be much use!

Scrapyard job, big coat items like that are fun to find. Are your scrapyards not the walk around type like ours Rich ? I sometimes spend hours in them looking for new ideas

 

Tony - yes they are, but it's cold, and Ebay is easier
