Default Mk3 fiesta with 1800/2000cc zetec queries

Hi, Just a few queries about the mk3 fiesta..

How much weight can be stripped from a mk3 fiesta roughly?
What are the best brakes to use, what fit and with can be modified to fit?
Is there any off the shelf roll cages that can be bought for the mk3?
Where would we go to find plexi glass windows or something of that sort?
Does anywhere make fibreglass panels for the fiesta or can these be custom made, if so where?
How easy is it to fit a 2ltr duratec?
What is the best exhaust system for the 1800/2ltr zetex, i.e what gives best gains?
How do they react to being de-catted?
Can standard ECU be re-mapped, if not whats the best cheap alternative?
How much of the dashboard can be taken out to save weight?
How much of the eletricals be taken out?
What is a good price for a non running fiesta Si 1.6?
Is there any guides on building a ZVH turbo or a zetec turbo engine?
Is a TDO4 the best turbo to use for such conversions, when only looking for around 200bhp/180whp?
What is the best suspension?
Any buying guides for fiestas as dont want to buy a lemon?

Thanks

Kelly
