My turbo is standard since the day it came out of the factory it's done 105k, it's pushing 186bhp and 205ft at 15psi I only had it chipped about a year ago so not sure how long it will last but it is coping very well at the moment but I think you should go for a stage 2 hybrid turbo.

New Q seen where to get them, looking at a stage 2 that holds 160-220bhp or theres the stage 3 that holds 210-280bhp, do i have to be running these figers to benifit from the turbo or if i bought the stage 3 and my car was only running 180bhp will it put the bhp up even more.

I dont wanna buy the stage 2 then get my rs over 220bhp then have to buy the stage 3.

Thanks guys

If you go Stg 3 then you will end up with loads of lag due to the large exhaust housing, personally, i thing the amont of lag is shite and ruins the drive but thats just my feeling. Go for a turbo with a std exhaust housing but run a larger compressor housing/wheel. Stg 2 would be perfect
