gettin a stanless one made up just now to take my t34 over the gearbox.really needed it due to my front mount and radiator moved back a bit so might have had heat issues if i left the turbo just behind them.dont think custom manifolds are really needed as all the big bhp guys have ran with standard ones.

Come the time to put my ZVH in, I dont know wether to use the ava manifold I have or i've got an over the gearbox job, both of which need finnishing, I think the over the gearbox one would be the better choice though for heat and space alone.

Although C&B etc havent found the 'limit' of their standard manifolds, I think by fitting an equal length tubular one, they would still benefit!

Any pics of what yours is like Steven?

I've been on a Tubular Manifold since 2007!! Although the car has been off the road for most of that time!

I also have not found the limit of the standard exhaust manifold. There is however gains to be had on the inlet side of things.

So stay standard. IMO
