help needed with my erst

can anyone help me on here my rs turbo when i drive it is ok till i start giving it some when i change gear it just dies and only ticks over and it aint good when u pull on to a rounderbout and change gear and it dont go lol
can anyone give me some advice i havent got a chip yet as im running 8psi will get a chip with in a few weeks
but the engine is low comp and steel bottom end with stage 3 head and piper285t2 cam and stage 1 2wd cossie turbo had the fueling set up today cos it was running rich like a bitch and flaming like a sod
i really need help lol

when i mean die it dont stall it just wont rev over tick over and i aint taking it to redline its like when u pull away from traffic lights and floor it and change bout 4 or 5 k and it just dont go after its not all the time but its annoying esp when u pull out on a rounderbout and need to get away from it lol
dartford tunning near me set the fuel up today but it done it before anyway
and it aint always on full boost u dont have to hit full boost even half or so
im only boosting 8psi max at the mo

mate, i dont think you have stated enough facts for anyone to help ya.
not had this problem myself after owning a couple, could be a misfire problem.
have u tried new leads plugs rotar arm dizzy cap?
seems strange that u have stage 3 head cossie turbo and all those mods on a standard chip?
send karl norris an email karl@norrismotorsport.co.uk and get it sorted properly.

im only on a standard chip cos the one i had my mate wanted to much for and it had a 18psi limit and i wanted a better chip it seems as if someone cuts the fuel to the car then it comes bk but as soon as u boot it and change gear again its touch and go weather it will pick up after the gear change

So,if you floor it it goes ok but then the rev's drop and it has no pull?
But if you lift off throttle when this happens and then wait and then back on throttle you can get power again?

if i floor it boost comes in and then i change gear and some times once i change gear and go to floor it again no power so i press clutch it ticks over then i get power bk and i can move again
yeah if i wait a while power comes bk

Usually though with overboost it should cut power when you hit a certain amount of psi every time,not irregularly(Sp)
And cant a standard ERST chip handle about 10-12psi anyway?I had one that ran 13psi on standard chip?
Think id take it for a rolling road fault diagnosis pal.Not all that expensive-Got to be better than getting belted by a car on a roundabout

been out in it this evening and its dieing every time i take my foot of the throttle but it ticks over fine if im in a gear and it does it say in second its at about 2.5k if i press the clutch to change gear and let it drop to 1k as in ticking over then put it bk in gear its fine till i release the throttle again
could it be the fuel pump playing up or something

ok it aint my dump valve sticking
i tryed a different tps sensor off my other rs and it still cut out so i disconneceted it
and it dont cut out now
has any one got any ideas
