Well guys i have begun the dreaded rebuild and even after taking the kit off i am feeling week at the knees! I have got serious rot in the inner wings and only half of the sills each side to do aswell as the rear arches. I have already replaced the boot floor and put soundedening down and i have replaced the passenger side front foot well and the rear arch is on its way.
Any comments?

 

Best of luck with the rebuild mate - i had a 1989 XR2, took the kit off for some welding to find there was nowt to weld too!

Cheers. The final spec will be 4 12" Pioneer tsw305c subs. 2 sets of pioneer 6x9's and a set of jbl components for the from. Where as the engine will be blanaced crank and flywheel with full ashley system including manifold, K&N on a pair of webers and a fast road cam. Shoud be shit hot!
