Waste of time IMHO. I went with them when i first passed my test, and never went back to them! They adertise in the back of modified car mags, but the first mention of modifications... they don't wanna know!

I'd try Adrian Flux mate... just mention one of the sites on their 'club list thing' and that'll knock upto 15% off for ya straight away

i was with HIC when i had my rs insured and i recall it being quite cheap, its 19+ insurance and they can offer classic car insurance, all visual mods are covered as long as you declare them. i must ring them for a new quote as the rs will be back on the road soon..... i hope!

Had mine with HIC through Performance Direct. £282 with European breakdown, was on a classic, low mileage modified policy (group 17) with an agreed value of 5k!

3k can buy you an e36 m3 now, i'd rather wait a year or two and then spend my saved money on a good car.
