my rst s2 starting problems

hi all it takes ages to start my rs it swings for ages before it fires up is it the plugs, leads,dizzy cap? and when she starts she will tick over fine but will die after a minute or so

try take cold start switch out first.
then check leads, plugs and cap.

timing could be out too???
