Scamming the wrong person!!
Watched a US murder programme last night.
Apparently a couple vanished in their truck. A year later they get hit on the number plate. Some guy is selling the truck.
Now, they think it is either the couple, or the murderer selling, or at the very least a chance to trace back to where the truck went and to who.
Turns out there was no truck, they made contact with the seller and eventually get get hold of him, turns out it was a scam.
He was advertsing the truck (picked a reg at random for that make and model) and was going to run with the cash - imagine his face when the cops roll up lol!!!
