id go efi zvh for better reliability.what is your budget then??

200bhp is piss easy on the CVH and would be my choice. If you really want to use the Zetec bottom end leave the nice 16v head on and then turbo it.

If there is nothing wrong with the CVH in your car, I'd tune that and instead.

Standard CVH you mean ? Get 200 horses from that piece of piss as Oranoco (Steve) says. Won't cost the earth so the sensible route is to tune that, unless the engine is on last knockings but even then still cheaper to rebuild that than start looking at a ZVH which you don't need.

i its just a standard cvh just now is it that dear to go into zvh what about efi managment on my cvh engine , no my engine is good

Swapping from a standard CVH bottom end for a standard Zetec bottom end with oil return holes blocked off will not make it any more powerful or reliable. You'll still have to modify the things that make the power I.E the head, cam, exhaust, turbo etc. You'll need things like an exhaust and air filter plus a chip and the whole lot setting up.

what about efi managment with chip cam, or just stay with the mfi
