Was on my way to manchester on Monday night in the X5 when on th M25 I saw

L7KOS the red escort cosworth on the vack of a trailer being towed by a green 4x4.

The 4x4 looked very familure and i dont know if it is a nice one or not but it certainly looked good on the back of the trailer.

Has it been bought?

Will it be broken. Looked far too good to break on the trailer.

 

sounds like its been saved from breaking by the sounds of it....

 

I think the RS cosworth brakers have bought it as they are advertising parts

Looked real good on the trailer. I thought i had seen the 4x4 before.

I bet he got it for less than the 9K too. (Lucky Git)

Bloke was a bit silly if he took less as he wouldnt sway my x5 for it.

Just goes to show the bargains if you have the money available.

 

I did buy this car and was going to break it until i got a call from a very nice fella from ireland who asked if he could buy it complete ,other than the wheels and leather ( he had rondells and mint cloth to go in )

It is a great car and with a little TLC will make a stunner so in a way it has saved a nice car from my dreaded spanners ,lol

Believe you bought it off my mate pete paul, been a feature car has that. Went well, apart from 3 rd gear..pmsl...glad its been saved

Still drove fine but 3rd gear did sound rather like a straight cut box

 

Well at least it has been saved and not broke.

Red Escos's just look so good to me at the minute

Yep did sound like it was straight cut, i experienced the floor it in second, into fourth ...Lovely car tho
