i always thought they where coppers till the day i was stuck in a ditch and they just left me, ok i had been a bit silly but i think i had learned my lesson by dinging my car, so a pull out with there landcruser or disco would of been nice, instead they just looked and drove past, i now have a different view on them and take the p1ss the same as you , and i have also noticed how fat and old most of them are, so what use would they be in a real emergency situ, like in an accident with a rolled car and unconscious passenger, one chimp say's "i can't pull the door open it's too hard" other chimp "oh sh1t i've just done my back in" first chimp again, on the radio " we need another ambulance we have a man down" makes me laugh how they stroll round with the thought they have power

What power do they have ?, been past a few in the cossy a bit too fast so kept it planted just incase

 

When my cambelt tensioner let go and left me stuck at the side of an unlit busy motorway with an estimated AA response time of over an hour I was pleased to see 3 pairs of traffic wombles...

if we are on a roadside and they turn up, generally we all look at each other and go, CHIMPS

 

they have no power wot so ever, and there only real purpose is too close the motorway and sweep up, so being a pain in our arse is more like there job description
