Make sure you get plenty of lifesavers in Andy. And dont put ya foot down on U turn

Like a car test yeah. First you go to your bike, he then asks you a few questions. Then you gear up with radio etc and go out on the ride. Come back, and he may ask you to show him how to put it on stand, or how to check if the lights are working....bollox like that!

i passed mine a few year back and its much easier than a car test i reckon. i actually lost the instructer behind me as he pulled over and i couldnt here him on the radio so i kept going. which should of been a fail but he just gave me a bollocking and sent me on my way. only had 1 minor i think. was fuckin chuffed and shocked when he said i had passed.
bike test is the best thing i ever done just a dam shame i cant afford 1 at the mo haha.

Nice one Andy, bikes rock

I definitely dont recommend starting on a 750 though. They are silly fast compared to a 6 and even on a 6 you'll think it's plenty quick enough

hey AJC,now youve said about your off road experiance, forget about 600 go straight to a litre bike,600,s can get tireing haveing to scream them to get anywhere, litre bikes are so easy and its not like theyre heavy or anything, the blade/R1 is soooo simple to ride, still thats what i did,all my bikes had been mx/enduro and my first road bike was the yam, still get your test sorted out first eh....lol

Good luck mate I took my test week b4 xmas. And I passed it I thought I failed it.
Its really easy just make sure you look comfortable and in control. Livesavers are the main thing. In the Emergency stop try not to use too much back brake.
