i noticed a little plate on the turbo with a few numbers on it, some are obvious and some are not,
cust p/n yb0533
atd p/n 466962-1
s/n se0738a
model no tb0361
can any of you guys tell me what they mean ?

Tb0361 is a 2wd cosworth turbo but it doesnt match up with the yb0533 p/n however 466962-0001 is a number that covers all cosworth turbos including hybrids are there anyother markings on the turbo cast into the housings?

 

BCC1 A/R 43 ON THE ALLY PART
18E88, A/R-48 DH2 ON THE CAST PART

It sound like a standard t3, have you got any pics? is the actuator bracket bolted on or cast into the housing?

 

The actuator bolts onto the housing,
The reason i ask is cos the guy i bought the car from told me it was a hybrid turbo,
i will mail you some pics
