Default Fitted my AVC-R!

Excellent piece of kit, really pleased!

Best function IMO is the gear based boost mapping, tweaked it down a bit for 1st and 2nd to get rid of the wheelspin (couldnt completly rid 1st)meaning i can now plant my foot in 2nd and actually accelerate right up to 6000rpm without the wheels lighting up when I hit peek boost like it used to!

It's a electronic boost controller, and allows you to fully map your boost curve against RPM, Gears, Throttle position, and Speed! You can also set how 'Hard' you like the turbo to come in (helps reduce lag a little), have 2 preset boost curves (one for me and one for my GF lol) and loads of other features that i cant remember.....
Have a look here for the full spec:

Yes you can fit it at home, took me about 1hour, instructions are poorly translated Japanese but once you start using the unit it becomes a lot clearer!

Black limted edition one matches the S2 dash, silver would have looked well out of place!

I'll add a couple of pics in a while..........

They are really good pieces of kit, I don't know why more people don't use them tbh.

This may be a stupid question but how can you adjust the boost to revs ? is it linked to the rev counter ?

Other people may prefer to use different methods to control boost, I prefer my air injectors

Yes mate, it takes a feed from your coil to monitor your RPM and then you can set how much boost you want in 500rpm steps.
