carlo, firstly try setting your base idle.

run the car till hot,
unplugg the iscv
adjust your base idle (screw under throttle body) to 900-950rpm
reconnect the iscv.

then remove the iscv, and leave it soaking with thin oil in it overnight(dont use wd40) push the internal plunger a few times to clean it all up. rag it all off and refit

and try that.

if you remove the throttle body completly, stick it in a vice im sure you will remove the screw, then clean it up and grease it up

ive had the same problem today where the screw is jammed, dont keep attacking the screw other wise it will end in tears, simple take off the throttle housing put it in a vice heat the aluminum housing up around the screw with a blow torch for about 5 mins and it will come out really easy, if it wont go just heat it more, once its out cut the grove in the screw slightly deeper and re use it but put grease on the thread.

Try checking your co when hot, you can undo the small nut, but must use locking compound when reassembling, you don't this falling into your intake!!
This does move when the ecu tells it to that is how it adjusts the airflow by moving up to let more air through gap or down to lessesn the air.
You can get allen fasteners where the allen key is smaller than the head so sits inside the thread of the fixing just lathe a taper on this, or use longer bolt with hex head that is outside the housing and again lathe a taper on end.

Makes for interesting translation.......

Here are some images to clean the idle valve

Mother screws out with 4 walnut, to make sure nothing is lost (feathers)

the Pistons in no case with emery grinding or something, gently clean it with brake cleaner and NOT Gewall pull out.

after cleaning back together and build a good spray with WD 40 / or similar

NO FAT take! this could be the Pistons on the housing glue!

the mother is about 4.5 mm deep reingedreht, please check with the appropriate gauge

BEFORE installing the valve are rubber rings to assess damage and also einsprühen.

the mother should be fitted with a tiny drop bolts securing against solve secured.
