the other night, just been racing with my mate on back roads
i pulled back onto main road and give it some when the exhaust popped
loudly and engine cut out, it would not start so i left it for 5 mins and
tried it again and it started no problem at all, i have been told this is over
boost, is this true?
and just to add insult to injury my clutch cable snapped just as i got back in the car to go home, gutted, so last night i did the clutch cable
and replaced the distributor oil seal which was leaking like mad, fixed rear window heater and sorted out alternator belt.
so going to go out and slay the toyota starlet turbo again this weekend
when it dry (hopefully)

Try your fuel pump relay and your wiring to your ignition switch. Mine did that and thats what i found. Took me ages to find the problem
