Anybody undertaken the above?

Any hints clues as to how to do this?

They are clipped in at the bottom of the headrest posts! you'll have to remove the centre section of the seat material to get them out!

Oh balls, that sounds like a pain in the arse.

I've folded the corners back to see the plastic guides, but saw no way of getting any further!

Theres 2 little 'R' clips behind the top corners of center section pull them out and the head rest comes out.
