Default Anyone driven RA-type scooby ?

Was just wondering. I know these aren't Cossies, but still very good cars, and I would really like to get some feedback from people who have actually test driven some of them. Not to mention the GC8 versions with 50mm bilsteins, FMIC, dog box and all the stuff ! Not for a lot of money, tho !

I have a 1995 STI RA, what sort of info are you after?

Mine is relatively std, runs just over 1 bar, exhaust, panel filter, scoobyecu and making a safe (rich) 301bhp (zen's rollers)

With the gearing it accelerates very well! I have some nice suspension on mine and it handles superbly, feels like a go-cart.

The gearing is great for blasting about but not good if you like the motorway! Although some of the later cars have a longer 5th gear.

ive got a type-r sti v4.
pretty standard 280 bhp, very quick and punchy.

sadly mine let go after 100 miles of ownership but its getting a full rebuild as we speak to a decent strong spec.

great cars though,i love them.

Not after details really, but I was just wondering how fast/great they are compared to Cossies (good stage 2-3 with good suspension/brakes).
