Right my computer got a shitty virus on it which unfortunately required a rebuild

Now after seeking advixe I have set the machine to have a master user account which I use to add programs etc and then a general area which I use day to day with limited rights. Problem I'm having is when I power the machine up and log into the general area it won't connect to the internet and I get "unable to display web page". I check the connection and it's apparently there and working. If I sign out and sign into the master account and click internet it functions fine and when I sign back into the general account it then too works fine.

Any ideas as I'm stumped and it's giving me the hump

 

need to assign in the admin account the option to "allow other users to share this internet connection"

either that assign both accounts full admin rights no real need to have 2 accounts TBH
