Default huge sigh of relief!!!!!

my car has been smoking since i got it.was told by previous owner it was stem seals.was using loads oil as aswell.
i was convinced it would be rings.
did compression test and all was spot on.
took stem seals off earlier and they were split in half and the original ford washer plate was still in there aswell.(which are supposed to be removed when u fit new seals)
replaced them with new ones and its perfect.well happy!!
was dreading a rebuild!!!!

dont forget a big thanks to mr anal aka madfor1600i for his expert nolege on cvh engines and how to do things the proper way it always pays to take your time with old fords thay deserve it

got the rims on but ive gotta change the tyres before i fit my suspension.so i will put pics up wen ive done that mate

yep big thanx to mr anal 4 changin the seals 4 me.just gotta get him 2 get his toothbrush out now on the rest of the car
