Does anyone know what cream to use on a rather sore nipple ring?

Not really, where can I get an M10 bleed nipple for a brake caliper from please?

my advice is take it out, i had my nipple done years and and it never healed properly, i would always catch it and cause infection again.

But youd be left with out any brakes after half a mile
