well i thought i better to a resto thred on the car , so here goes .

heres a pic of the car when i went to see it



i fell in love with it so i had to have it .
it came without the wheels , suspension , brakes and bucket seats .

ive been getting some parts for the car when ive got the money .

this is how the car is at the moment

i fitted some koni top adjustables for the time being till i can get some coil overs





my brakes on the front are focus rs front disks and pug 406 coupe 4 pot brembos , just got to get a braket made for them





i picked some 17" comp mo's cheap , i will be getting them repainted in white



i think the brakes look good behind the wheels



new center caps for the comps



i got my mate to make me a new breather pot for the engine as im not keen on the red bull can ive got now LOL



my new seats , they were a bargin as i gave my mate Ł100 for his old buckets as he had just had new ones but then i had a phone call of him saying his new seats are to big for his mk1 fez so he said i will swap you for my new ones .

so i paid Ł100 for these beauties

nothing planned yet , i will get some use out of the engine first then i might go turbo power after next year .

havent done the bracket yet mate , im going to do a mock up one then i will see if reyland will make them for me .

 

picked up some more wheels today for the beast .
8x17 et33 with group A wheel nuts



i will be getting it out this week to do the last jobs on it so i will put some more picks up in the week .

the rims look nice these should fit a bit better on tht efront they wont stick out as much

they will sit in 13mm more than the 8x17 rl7 as they were et 25
