hello had my cam belt go on me the other week .so sure enough off comes head and yes 2 valves bent this is on a mk4 xr3i efi.

Well now i have finally picked a 2nd hand head up came straight out of a mk4 same engine as mine but mfi.
my inlet manifolds wholes dont match.here are some pics

All you could do is check your head and see if the valves out of the other head will fit or you buy a conversion flange but would say the better idea is swap valves or find an EFI head .
