ive upgraded my sapph to stage 3,it has a t34 with a .48 housing,i have adjusted the actuator so it just slips over the wastegate arm.it is boosting at 21psi.i was told when i unsuccsessfully had it set up that it should be 15psi for a stage 3 set up.if i adjust it anymore the wastegate will be permanentely open.i have a collins actuator which is brand new, could the spring be too strong?

Cant be bothered going to blackpool,it has an msd stage 3 chip, ava recommended to have the boost at 15 psi,i thought that was a bit low but im not the expert.its still not fast enough so ill maybe get a set of greys next.

It shouldn't be anything other than what the author of the chip says as he set the fuelling for a certain pressure/psi.
Don't listen to ava, listen to the chip writer, as said most stg 3 around 24/25 psi, but a quick phone call will tell you, you should have got a sheet detailing how much to use boost wise.

Fair do's,BUT you will get an awesome journey home all probs fixed, why not bell stu and see what he says ?
The boost pressure should rise to a maximum of 27psi and hold 23psi and NO higher with a 0.48 T34.
This is what's in the instructions from MSD i got
Best to give Stu a call to be be absolute sure
