Had this on 2 of my rockers on my cvh head..whole tread out of the head .
Overtightend them i guess.... put helicoils in them and running fine again.
Would search what is wrong with yours though but you could have overtightend them??

think i might just swop the heads over and pull the cam out the new one
i was trying to tighten it up last night as the bolt went back in and was solid until i tried turning it by hand and i could not move the cam at all the whole thing was seized solid it would go backwards but not forwards and im seriously annoyed as its just cost me £200 aswell i think i might just strip that head of and put an old one on grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
