Iv'e got an s2 turbo running cossy managment running 19psi and 220 bhp it has only been mapped a couple of days a go and the head bolts have given way its got a group a felpo head gasket and standard head bolts does anyone have any ideas on wot the head gasket can take and wot the bolts can take and any ideas on wot i can do to solve this problem, if you can help that would be cool thanks.

 

yeah get some arp head bolts,and a standerd...yes a ford head gasket!

 

Im using a standard Ford headgasket with standard Ford headbolts, I also got the head wire ringed so it gets a total seal.

19psi on cossie managment sounds a bit poor to be producing 220 bhp

 

i got standerd head gasket and standerd head bolts too! just arp are reuseable! and im doin 16psi and before i put my cam in was getting 201bhp!
