Can someone explain how its done,what u need etc-a guide

Ok so i send my P8 ecu and u make it happen.does it mess mess anything else whit the ecu? i can get it remapped whit no problem?Do u use some special leads or can i use 8,5mm magnacor?

ECU remains as it was. Its available DIY for P8 too if your interested, but bear in mind that if your in the market for a new ecu calibration (Chip) then it can be done in the chip too with no need for a driver at all.

Whats diy? but if i send my box to u and u set up for wasted spark will work whit the chip i got in now? the car is calibraited whit my current set up no 330chip or so.

lars,

there are 4 options:

you can either fit the DIY kit to your own ecu that will use your existing chip.

you can send your ecu to msd and they fit the kit and use your existing chip.

you can fit the msd wasted spark chip to your own ecu.

you can send your ecu to msd and they fit the new wasyted spark chip.


the 1st 2 options allow you use the existing rev counter as kit includes a rev counter driver. with the water spark chip only - you will need to fit a rs2K rev counter or aftermarket one so that your rev counter works.
