remove caliper
remove piston
remove a couple of circlips (after making a special tool from the remains of an old piston)
remove handbrake operating arm
clean out and re-grease
replace shagged operating arm seal
re-assemble

or just go to Looms and pay a fiver for a good one

Have you tried the likes of Sutton auto factors or Partco? I know the 2wd rear calipers are normaly in stock and cheap ie under Ł40...but not sure about 4x4 caliper...
