My LHD SIERRA RWD COSWORTH project

I decided to publish my project. The car is very rare in my country (Lithuania) and is very hard to get any part here. All the parts I buy from UK, USA and other countries.
Everything started 1 year ago. I purchased the car totaly standart with all the service history in perfect condition a year ago. The car had 2 owners before. The car was never used for sport or any competition, it was only built and tuned all the time I purchased.
Now we have 384BHP and 488NM @ 1.4bar. The car have all the history from factory. Now it's tuned and was driven only about 200km with such setup.
Esaily can be pushed up to 450bhp for even more power, because the turbocharger is capable of producing much more air.
Also, all the gaskets, seals, etc. was replaced.
Performance:
- NEW Custom 3" straight free flow stainless steel exhaust + SCORPION stainless steel back box
- ThermoTec Gen. 2, Cooper exhaust wrap sprayed with Thermo Coat
- NEW Big grp.A K&N cone air filter
- NEW RS 500 intercooler (core 600x400x50mm, in/out 3") + custom 3" polished intake stainless steel piping with SAMCO hoses
- HKS SSQV blow off valve (replaced with MANTONI)
- NEW 3 bar WEBER map sensor
- NEW Grp.A MAGNETTI MARELLI ignition coil
- NEW FORD MOTORSPORT 071c spark plugs
- NEW SAMCO cooling hoses
- NEW COMETIC multi layer steel grp.A WRC head gasket
- NEW COMETIC full engine gasket kit
- NEW ARP head studs and nuts
- CASTROL TWS RACING 10w60 (now CASTROL EDGE SPORT 10w60)
- Fully synthetic CASTROL gearbox and diff oils
- Some head port work and manifold matching done
- 15mm manifold spacer for more air/power
- NEW FORGE -34 adjustable wastegate actuator (replaced with external TURBONETICS wastegate)

- Stock Borg Warner t5 with quickshift kit fitted (the strongest FORD gearbox ever built, as seen on TVR, MUSTANG, etc.).

- NEW Cerametallic HELIX Autosport clutch kit. Holds up to 500NM.

I purchased this on ebay :S The kit lay on the shelf, not used ATM. It got PIPERCROSS filter and MOCAL oil radiator with all the fittings to relocate the oil filter (I can post more photos). If you are interested give me a good offer by PM, maybe we will agree?

I am thinking of stripping the car into parts? :S Maybe someone would be interested on full external wastegate with screammer pipe conversion with turbonetics ball bearing turbocharger which is capable of easy doing 450bhp ( i tested it on dyno, and the power was: 340bhp at 1bar (my engine is fully stock 2WD), 380bhp with 1.4bar and curve goes up like crazy, so the tuner said, that the turbo can easily push 450 with maybe 1.7bar?? The kit consist of turbonetics external wastegate with screammer pipe (fookin loud), modified 2wd manifold, ball bearring TURBONETICS turbocharger T04E50 with polished housing, oil feed and returns adapted, etc. etc. Everything just bolt and go. Also, the inlet and outlet silicone hoses (the turbocharger outlet is modified and goes like original one).
The turbo spools superbly, very similar like t34 a/r 0.48 on stock engine (even better, because of balls). I imagine of it combined with uprated camshafts. I believe you will have full boost at 3000rpm easily (yes, 1.5bar at 3000RPM!) and the pressure till the redline without problems, so 400-450bhp with such spool times, that's why I like ball bearing turbos.
I am thinking of getting about 2700gbp for complete kit? If someone interested, please PM. Soon I believe all the parts will go on ebay.

Money is a problem...
it's difficult to ahve cosworth in Liithuania... So NO PARTS, everything I must to send from abroad, and this is expensive. So I decided to save some money for my family. First what I want to sell - is the turbonetics upgrade kit.
So you can have accurate boost control, sound of screamer pipe, ball bearing turbocharger, 450bhp and this is only for 2700gbp. Just 2hours of work, everything bolst directly in place of your old setup.
