Default Kidney or no kidney?

Hi just asking for some advice. If fitting a breather on a 2wd engine. Is it best to leave the kidney box on, and attach from the outlet of that.

Or remove kidney box and buy/make adaptor to bung into block and attach breather to the adaptor. Then block off the inlet manifold breather pipe?

This was discussed here quite recently mate - have tried to find the thread for you - don't think anyone actually had the definite answer - just differing views. For what its worth, I run well over 400bhp and the kidney box is still on.
