right im changing bulbs on my morrettes to HID ones so i need to no the type of bulb used does anyone no what is the bulb number for the dipped beam

Would have thought it would be a H7 bulb mate. Take out one of your bulbs nd have a look, some places that sell hid's show you the bulbs and what their codes are

 

i have done what you aregoing to do already mine were H4's

H4's in morrete's?? they are your everyday dip and main beams arent they?

would have thought morretes were h7s as you have seperate bulbs for main and dip.
The last ones i had for a fiesta were these anyway

H4 in the main lense, these do the main and Dip - twin filament. side lights are taken care off by the little bulb thats in there aswell.

the centre/inner lense are just an auxillary that comes on with the main beam - single filament.
