I think to fit 4wd cams into a 2wd you need to use spacers, so my answer is No. On the basis you would need to have the cams or head modified to allow the bigger cams in. Might have got that the wrong way round of course
Isn't the only difference at the back end the thickness of the disc and the corresponding carrier width? Should be fine hose wise I'd imagine.
Im not sure, BUT i do know, to fit 4x4 cams into a 2wd head you need spacers to take up the extra room, soooo that means 2wd cams are too big for a 4wd head so would need machining down
